Showerloop - the Open Source DIY Water Recycling Shower

A friend sent me an interesting and useful open source project for making your own recycling shower. It re-uses 10 litres of water in a loop with filtering and heat reclaiming.

DIY Desktop Spot Welding Machines

I was looking for a cheap spot welder to make some welds on few 18650 modules, but I couldn't find aynthing affordable for my country. I found two projects with upcycled transformers which are the basis for DIY spot welder.  Making this could be dangerouse. Stay safe!

Making DIY Optical Lenses at Home Workshop with SLA 3D Printer or CNC

Manolo printed the lenses on his SLA 3D printer and polished them with sandpaper  with some chemical treatment.





Brauns CNC is using his CNC mill to cut them out from acrylic plates. He is also using polishing to get better optical properties. The finished lenses can be used as a magnifying glass or camera macro lense.
